TMAI Staff

John Eichholz   -  Director of Development, The Master's Academy International 

John is a 1998 graduate of The Master’s Seminary and has held various pastoral roles for over thirty years, serving churches in Northern and Southern California, Colorado and presently in Florida. His passion in local church ministry has been to train men for church leadership and develop discipleship materials for the local church. He has also been consistently involved with missions, guiding the outreach ministry in several churches. 

His responsibilities with TMAI focus on developing partnerships between churches in the US and the international training centers that are part of the TMAI family. In addition to his responsibilities with TMAI, John also serves with The Believers Foundation, a ministry which is dedicated to the training of pastors worldwide. He resides with his wife Kay in the Tampa Bay area of Florida . John and Kay have three children and three grandchildren.

Dr. David Deuel  -  Academic Director, The Master's Academy International and TMAI board secretary. 

As the academic director of TMAI, Dave focuses on training approaches and resources.

Dave has helped design educational and administrative programs for The Master's College, The Master's Seminary, Cornell University, and other schools and local churches. He attended Baptist Bible College (B.S.) and Grace Theological Seminary where he received the Old Testament and leadership awards (M.Div. and Th.M.). Also, as a student, he taught classes in three departments at Cornell University (M.A.) and received the Cornell Sage Chapel Award for Preaching. At The Master’s Seminary, Dave served as Old Testament professor for ten years during which time he also was Doctoral Studies Chairman. He has served as traveling instructor, regional director of the San Fernando Valley, CA and director of international studies for Joni and Friends ministry with people with disabilities.

Dave and his wife Nancy have been married for over thirty years and have four children: Rebekah, Joanna, Michael, and Joshua.
