Training Indigenous Church Leaders
We aspire to make a major contribution toward the phenomenal need for effective church leaders around the globe, who will be committed to the truth of scripture in their various ministries.

According to statistics from the U.S. Center for World Missions there is a trained church leader for every 230 people in the U.S. However, there is but one trained church leader for every 450,000 people in the rest of the world!

The Right People

Carefully Selected Candidates For Training
We are committed to the training of church leaders within the context of their own country and culture to enable them to accurately handle God's Word and lead their church in the joyful pursuit of following Jesus Christ. However, the list of those trained is focused by choosing people already proven in their commitment to ministry and having godly character.

With the time and resources that it takes to train one person in the U.S. to be sent abroad, on an average at least thirty people can be trained in their own country!

The Right Strategy

Common Theology By The Teaching Team With An Intentional Focus On Biblical Exposition
We deploy godly gifted people and biblically sound training materials to invest in equipping others who are capable of repeating the process.

Presently among the nations approximately 4,000 new churches are born each week. That number is projected to reach 12,000 per week, within three years. Well trained leaders are drastically needed in order to establish these new churches in the Word of God.
The intent is to establish the ability to prayerfully and diligently approach the Word of God for the purpose of understanding the teaching and insights and then ordering life and conduct accordingly. Their teaching then flows out of the joy and pursuit of the Lord and His Word. That leads to godly people leading the church to be students and practitioners of Biblical insights as well.

The Right Results

Presently over 1,000 people have already been trained and 700 churches impacted.

We maximize financial and material resources by investing directly where the need is greatest. This investment results in faithful, well trained men who lead others to the eternal praise of God - people "from every tribe and tongue and nation."
The more than one thousand pastors and leaders trained represent the strengthening of more than 700 churches. Additionally new churches are being established.
