Dear Prayer Team,

Please pray for two professors from WGBS (Mexico), Jose Carlos Angeles and Antonio Ortega, as they begin advanced studies at The Master’s Seminary in Los Angeles this month. They are embarking on three years of study to become more thoroughly equipped to train students and preach Scripture. Pray for their families’ adjustments and for their churches in Mexico City during their absence.

Term 3 has just gotten underway at TSBC (New Zealand). God has provided a new professor, Greg Stephenson, whose primary role will be to develop two new programs for TSBC. Pray for the Stephenson family as they move from California to New Zealand and get settled into their new life and ministry there.

The WGBI team were encouraged by the 40 graduates from the School of Biblical Preaching in Rovno, Ukraine. In association with Hope to People Ministry, this was planned as a one-time special program to help pastors in Western Ukraine. Now, however, WGBI has been asked to expand their role in this training ministry to help raise up the next generation of godly spiritual leaders! Pray for God’s direction and provision in people and resources to move forward with this opportunity.

Pray for the 68 students studying this year at Christ Seminary (South Africa). They come from many different African nations, many of them influenced by former CS graduates. Pray for growth in knowledge, skill in handling God’s Word and in godly character.

The Expositor’s Academy (Philippines) provides pastoral training in several locations. Pray for the teachers as they prepare for the different settings and have the logistics of travel to contend with as well. Pray also for the students who attend.
