Samara Preachers’ Institute and Theological Seminary currently have both a resident faculty and a team of guest faculty. The resident faculty is comprised of missionaries as well as graduates of the seminary in Samara. Resident faculty are engaged in teaching at the Preachers’ Institute and Seminary, and are also part of the leadership of the churches they attend.

Guest faculty members are pastors and church leaders who regularly teach intensives or seminars in Samara Theological Seminary or Samara Preachers’ Institutes. These men – most of whom are from the US – come to Samara or the Krasnodar extension at least once every two years.
