The training of future pastors and expositors of the Word of God at TBA - Croatia is imperative for several reasons:

1. It is the only conservative institution in all of the former Yugoslavian Republics.

2. Our churches, though few in number, lack fully trained pastors who are competent to lead the churches providing quality spiritual nourishment from the Word of God for the Lord's flock.

3. It is God's mandate, that those who were fully trained pass their biblical knowledge on to another generation of spiritual leaders.

4. It is my experience, as well as the experience of many others, that when men from Eastern Europe move to western countries for training, most of them (over 90%) never come back.

It is much cheaper to do it in home lands where the standard of living, or cost of leaving is much lower.
